Social Pictures: The IMAGE ‘Keep Doing What Matters – Wellness’ event

On Saturday morning, team IMAGE hosted a holistic wellness event that featured a rejuvenating yoga class, an immersive sound bath session, and an insightful interview with a renowned nutritionist.

To help start off the year, we’ve partnered with AIB to curate a series of events to support you in doing what matters to you. First up was Wellness, a health-focused event with three expert speakers.

We invited guests to embark on a transformative journey to holistic well-being with Keep Doing What Matters – Wellness, in partnership with AIB. Taking place on Saturday morning within the serene confines of The Dean Townhouse, Dominique McMullan, Editorial Director at IMAGE Media, guided us through a morning of enlightenment and self-care.

Our thoughtfully curated line-up featured a rejuvenating yoga class with Erica Bracken, a seasoned yoga teacher; an immersive sound bath session guided by Emma West, a skilled sound therapist; and an insightful interview with Kate McDaid, a renowned performance nutritionist, exploring the profound impact of good nutrition.

Elevating the mind, body, and spirit, this enriching event was designed to empower each attendee on their personal journey to well-being.

AIB supports customers by offering financial advice at all life stages so you can keep doing what matters to you. To book a chat with an AIB advisor to get real guidance on how to use savings, pensions, and investments to build your financial future, simply visit www.aib.ie/make-a-plan.
